King of Hearts Charity Poker Tournament

You are invited to attend the King's Poker Charity Tournament on Sunday, Aug. 21 from 2 to 8 pm at the Social Sports Kitchen in Uniondale.

This tournament is in memory of Joseph Anthony DeSimone, an avid poker player who suddenly lost his life at 28 due to a rare genetic heart defect called Brugada's Syndrome. Sadly, he passed away before the birth of his first child in April.

With your $100 admission donation, we can:
- Secure the future of Joe and Erica's newborn daughter, Joelle Gabriella DeSimone, who requires expensive testing to ensure that she does not have the disease
- Help establish a nonprofit Brugada Syndrome foundation to increase awareness of and fund research for this deadly, undetectable disorder, which primarily strikes young men less than 30 years old.

Prizes up to 10th place will be awarded. Win a Samsung package, which includes a 46" LED HDTV, Blu-ray player, and a hat signed by Eli Manning of the NY Giants ... and more!

Your $100 contribution gives you access to a full dinner, open bar, free entry into the tournament, and the chance to support a worthy cause. Plus, pre-registered/prepaid guests will receive a 25% chip advantage! That's 2,000 instead of 1,500 chips to start with!

Email charitypoker821@gmail.com today for your registration form and join us on August 21!

This event was created by Su-Jit Lin-DeSimone, Christopher M. DeSimone, Janice DeSimone, Kelly Desimone, Sam Nola and Erica Nola DeSimone.
