The East Meadow Public Library will be hosting a lecture by art historian Barbara Applegate on artist Edward Hopper on Apr. 6 at 12:30 p.m. Applegate is the Director of the Hilwood Museum and will take a deeper look into the work of this famous American artist.
The following day, on Apr. 7, the library will be hosting a bus trip to the Whitney Museum to view Hopper's current exhibition.
