Nassau County Legislator Norma Gonsalves (R-East Meadow), in conjunction with NCPD Commissioner Lawrence Mulvey, NCPD's first, third and eighth precincts and traffic safety educator Chris Mistron, will host a public safety community forum on Wednesday, Mar. 23 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the East Meadow Public Library.
In addition to the forum, there will also be a "shed the meds" drop, where local residents can bring their unused or unwantedmedications to safely discard of them.
