Man Charged With Burglarizing Nassau Businesses: Police
The 23-year-old man burglarized an East Meadow Burger King and two other businesses between December and April, police say.

A Hicksville man was arrested on Wednesday for burglarizing a Burger King and two T-Mobile stores between December and April, according to Nassau Police.
Police conducted an investigation which led to the arrest of 23-year-old Latise K. Eady on Wednesday, at 4:15 p.m. during a traffic stop in Hicksville, police said.
They determined that Eady had entered Burger King on 2450 Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow on Dec. 8, using a blowtorch to gain access, and attempted to remove the safe, police said.

In addition, on Wednesday, Eady entered the T-Mobile store on 2575 Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow and removed an unknown amount of proceeds and on a third occasion on Jan. 12, he entered the T-Mobile on 535 S. Broadway in Hicksville and stole cellphones, police.
The Burglary Pattern Team executed a court ordered search of Eady’s home, which resulted in the recovery of proceeds from the burglaries, police said.

During the search police also found 42-year-old Jerman D. Ross, of Hempstead, who was a fugitive from justice and placed under arrest, police said.
Eady is charged with third degree arson and three counts of third degree burglary, police said.
Ross is being held as a fugitive from justice, according to police.
