Our organization provides essential support to Ukrainian Humanitarian parolees through the Ukraine Supplemental Appropriation to Resettlement Agencies (USARA) Program. Through USARA, we help individuals and families achieve stability, economic independence, and successful integration into the community. We serve Ukrainian citizens paroled into the U.S., as well as non-Ukrainians who resided in Ukraine and were paroled into the U.S. between February 24, 2022 and September 30, 2024. UNIONDALE, NY - A 24-year-old man was stabbed by a man by a Uniondale bar early Sunday morning, according to Nassau County Police.First Precinct Police responded to for a disturbance that occurred at the Malibu Bar on 1055 Front Street at about 4 a.m. An investigation revealed that an unknown man, around 18-25 years old, pushed a 24-year-old male victim to the ground and stabbed him three times causing deep lacerations to his left thigh, finger, and arm, police said. The man armed with a large knife then fled on foot in an unknown direction, police said. The victim was transported in a Nassau County Police Ambulance to a local hospital and treated for his injuries.Detectives request that anyone with information regarding this crime to contact the Nassau County Police Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
