Man Stole $200K From Hicksville Business: Police
The 69-year-old deposited checks into his bank account after falsifying business records, police said.

A 69-year-old man was arrested Tuesday for stealing more than $200,000 from a Hicksville business by falsifying business records, police said.
In September 2015, an employee at Nuzzolese Bros. Ice Corp, located at 68 E Marie St., discovered that several checks sent to their vendor, Arctic Glacier, did not go through.
An investigation revealed more than $2000,000 worth of checks were deposited into a Citizen Bank account belonging to James M. Miller, of Newburgh, police said.

According to authorities, Miller deposited the checks into his account after falsifying business records.
He was arrested at his home Tuesday at 3 p.m. without incident with the assistance of Newburgh Police.

Miller was charged with second degree grand larceny, first degree falsifying business records and second degree identity theft.
He will be arraigned Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
