Pair Arrested For Robbing Nassau Dollar Store
Most of what they allegedly stole was recovered by an employee.

Two Westbury women were arrested Sunday after they allegedly robbed a dollar store in East Meadow the same day.
According to police, Brianna Livingston, 21, and Shaina Thompson, 19, both of Queen Street, went into Dollar Deal, located at 1970 Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow, and stole items from the shelf and left the store without paying at 3:35 p.m.
Police say an employee followed the two out of the store, and was able to retrieve several of the allegedly stolen items. But police said Thompson became irate, and then got out of the car and allegedly brandished a knife at the employee, who went back into the store. The employee called police and was able to give them the car's registration information.
