Racial Slurs Found Painted On Multiple Cars In Nassau

BREAKING: The cars were vandalized overnight Saturday. Police are searching for the culprit.

Police are investigating a bias incident in East Meadow in which several cars were spray painted with racial slurs overnight Saturday.

According to police, three cars were found Sunday morning with racial slurs spray painted onto them. All of the graffiti was done between 11 p.m. Saturday, July 8 and 9 a.m. Sunday, July 9.

The first car was a 1999 Toyota parked on 6th Avenue. The second was a 2017 Subaru parked on Roosevelt Avenue. And the third was a 1998 Chevrolet parked on 7th Street.

Police are still investigating the incident. Detectives ask that anyone with information about this crime to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
