Trio Arrested For Fight Outside Nassau Bar: Police
Police say the three beat another man and hit him with a beer bottle, fracturing his skull and causing hearing loss.

Three men were arrested and charged with assaulting another outside of an East Meadow bar in September, leaving him with a fractured skull.
According to police, officers responded to the back parking lot of Kiely's Bar and Grill, located at 470 Newbridge Road, at 1:45 a.m. on Sept. 29 for a fight. Police say that Jacob Devitt, 20, of Logan Road, Wantagh, and two other men attacked a 30-year-old man outside the bar, punching and kicking him and striking him in the head with a beer bottle. Police say the man suffered a fractured skull, hearing loss and lost consciousness during the attack.
Devitt was placed into custody at the scene without incident. After an investigation, police arrested Michael O'Leary, of Chimney Lane, Levittown, and placed him under arrest. The next day, O'Leary's brother, Christopher, was located in Bellmore and placed under arrest.
