Doggie Runway Show Coming To Farmingdale; Raising Funds For Scholarships, Service Projects

FARMINGDALE, NY — The seventh annual Doggie Runway Show fundraiser is scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, the Farmingdale Breakfast Rotary Club announced.

The show, on the Village Green, will be part of the Farmingdale Columbus Day Fair. It includes a runway walk for the dogs, prizes for best dog in costume, and a blessing of all dogs.

All participants will receive a goodie bag, participation trophy and free ice cream. The entry fee is $15, and the registration form is available on the breakfast club's website.

Proceeds go toward high school scholarships and other Farmingdale community service projects of the rotary.
