Grand Jury Indicts North Amityville Fatal Shooting Suspect
Jakyma Bunn is charged with killing a Missouri man in late May, police said.

A grand jury recently indicted a North Amityville man who allegedly killed a Missouri man on Sunday, May 30, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.
Jakyma Bunn, 38, was arrested for shooting three brothers, killing one, during a brawl near a Masonic Lodge at 66 Coolidge Ave.
State Supreme Court Justice William Condon unsealed Bunn’s indictment on Wednesday in Riverhead, police said.

Bunn was charged with second degree murder, two counts of second degree assault and second degree criminal possession of a deadly weapon.
He pleaded not guilty to both charges, News12 reports.

The man killed in the shooting was identified as Louis Wilson, 44, of Kansas City, Missouri.
Wilson’s brothers, Shaun Wilson, 37, and Junious Wilson, 38, were shot in the legs and survived the incident, police said.
Bunn had been in a feud with the Wilson family for many years and was previously shot by one of the Wilson brothers, Bunn’s attorney Robert Macedonio told Newsday.
