Outpouring Of Support After Farmingdale Family’s Home Burns Down
A GoFundMe was made to support the family in their time of need.

FARMINGDALE, NY — Long Islanders have supported a Farmingdale family whose home burned down in late February.
A GoFundMe was set up for Beshears family after a fire fully engulfed their Secatogue Avenue house on Feb. 24. Since then, nearly $20,000 has been raised for the family. The fundraiser's page says the family needs money for everyday items including food, clothes and shoes, as well as gift cards for restaurants.
