Remembering the Good Old Days of High School

Remember the good old days of high school? Does the mention of high school flood you with warm memories or make you cringe? Or both?

This week, as proud seniors prepare to walk across their platform to claim their diplomas and step out into the world, many people, especially parents, are brought back to their days as students.

High school may be where you identified your life's ambition, discovered a passion for math or world history, cheered for your team, firmed up your work ethic, maybe fell in love or found out who you really are.

Some people have nothing but nostalgic memories while others take off after commencement and never look back.
