Cops: Masked Man with Knife Robbed N. Woodmere Gas Station
Man stole cash register drawer from Shell Gas Station Monday night.

A masked man with a knife held up a North Woodmere gas station Monday night, according to Nassau County Police.
At 9:21 p.m., a man entered the store in Shell Gas Station on Rosedale Road, cops said. The man went behind a counter and approached a clerk, who fled the store and called the police.
The subject took a black metal cash register drawer containing an unknown amount of money and fled west on foot, police said.

No customers were inside the station at the time. The clerk escaped uninjured.
The subject was wearing a black ski mask, black jacket, and blue jeans at the time of the robbery.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
