Police say William Rios, 49, of Powell Street, Brooklyn, and Tracey Janvier, 38, of 237th Street, Elmont, robbed a Dunkin' Donuts in Elmont on June 27 and Fortune Grocery Store in Valley Stream on June 28. In both cases, police say they used a rifle to intimidate employees into giving them money.

Rios is charged with first-degree robbery and three counts of second-degree robbery. Janvier is charged with first- and second-degree robbery and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. They're both scheduled to be arraigned on Saturday in First District Court in Hempstead.
