E-Bike Driver Critically Hurt In East Rockaway Crash With Jeep: Cops
The collision happened Tuesday morning after the E-bike rode through a red light, police said.
EAST ROCKAWAY, NY — An E-bike rider was critically injured after striking a Jeep in East Rockaway Tuesday morning, police said.
The 34-year-old man, who police said, was using an unlicensed E-bike, ran through a red light on Carman Avenue just after 7 a.m.
He collided with a 2022 Jeep Compass and was taken to a nearby hospital.
