Man Robbed Nassau Bank At Gunpoint
Police are searching for the man, who robbed the bank with nearly a dozen people inside of it.
Nassau County police are seeking the public's help to find a man who robbed a bank in Valley Stream at gunpoint Friday evening.
According to police, the man entered the TD Bank at 275 W. Merrick Road at 6:55 p.m., approached the teller and pulled out a gun. He demanded cash, and the teller gave it to him. The robber then fled the bank on foot heading east.
There were seven employees and three customers in the bank at the time. No one was injured.

The robber was a black man, 5 feet, 6 inches tall with an average build. He was wearing a red mask, dark hooded jacket, cargo pants and gloves.
Police ask anyone with information about this robbery to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS, or call 911. All caller will remain anonymous.
