An Inwood man was arrested Thursday after police say he was caught filming up a woman's skirt with his cell phone.

According to police, Jose Santana, 20, of Ganser Avenue, is an employee at Kolsave Market, located at 11 Lawrence Ave. in Lawrence. At 12:20 p.m. on Thursday, police say he was helping a female customer place groceries in her car when she felt his hand between her legs. The woman called 911, and the officers determined that Santana had put his cell phone under her skirt, police said.

Santana was arrested without incident. Further investigation showed that he had multiple videos of the same nature involving other women on his phone, police said. They believe those videos were also taken at the market.
