Nassau Man Exposed Himself To Multiple Women: Police
Police say he has been exposing himself from his car going back to last year.

Nassau police say they arrested a Five Towns man who exposed himself to multiple women on multiple occasions going back to last year.
According to police, Marat Blustin, 45, of Huntley Place, Hewlett, exposed himself to women from his car on four separate occasions. Police say the incidents were:
- July 7, 2018: on North Central Avenue in Valley Stream, he exposed himself to three women
- April 30, 2019: on Willow Avenue in Cedarhurst, he exposed himself to one woman
- May 23, 2019: on West Jamaica Avenue in Valley Stream, he exposed himself to two women
- May 31, 2019: on South Central Avenue in Valley Stream, he exposed himself to one woman
Police say that an investigation led them to Blustin, who was arrested without incident.

Blustin is charged with three counts of first-degree public lewdness and four counts of public lewdness. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday in First District Court in Hempstead.
