Lawrence to face Lynbrook Friday in conference finals.
The Lawrence Golden Tornadoes handily defeated the Hewlett Bulldogs, 49-14, in a Nassau Conference III football semifinal match on Friday at Hofstra University.
Lawrence will face league leader Lynbrook this Friday for the county championship. The Owls, who currently have the best record of the conference, was handed their only defeat this season by the Golden Tornadoes.
