Slow down, breathe deeply, and restore your mind and body during a special 75-minute Yin Yoga & Live Flute Sound Bath Experience at Hot Yoga New York.

Led by yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner Dana Humphrey, with live music by flutist Onel Mulet, this immersive experience combines the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the calming sounds of live flute to encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and stress relief.

This class is open to all levels, including beginners. Participants are invited to unplug, release tension, and enjoy a peaceful Sunday morning of movement, music, and deep restoration.
