The Tanners Pond Environmental Center/ Garden City Bird Sanctuary has been receiving requests for sellers wishing to participate in the fifth annual outdoor Benefit Yard Sale. It will be held on Saturday, April 27th from 9 am - 3 pm.
If you have estate or garage sale types of items to sell, please call Liz Bailey at emb158@aol.com or 248 8447 or Annette Seltzer at toniann48@yahoo.com to rent a 10 foot x 10 foot space. Rental is $35 per space. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Fees are tax deductible. (Rain date is Saturday, May 4th.)
Typical items sold are antiques, collectibles, china, housewares, toys, yard tools, clothing, books, sporting equipment and so much more! There is always something for everyone!

Proceeds from space rentals go to the Tanners Pond Environmental Center/Garden City Bird Sanctuary, a 501 (3) C non-profit organization for educational programs & improvements to the site. Reduce, recycle & reuse.
