More evidence of how bad the economy is, how rents and taxes have hurt the Tenants on the Avenue, including increase scheduled hikes in rents.
The Most Bizarre things that happen to Business owners are the direct results of actions by their Landlords.
Example: Landlord rents their Retail Store to a Nail Salon, but Landlord frequents a different Nail Salon.
Landlords rent to a Beauty Salon but frequent a different Beauty Salon.
Landlords rent to Insurance companies but frequent other Insurance companies.
Landlords rent their stores to a Realtor, but always give their business to other Realtors.
*My point is, if you can not help support your own tenant, by giving him or her your business, then rents become hard to pay whether it is $1,000 dollars per month to $8,000 dollars per month.
Total and shear Greed displayed. And how I collect the rent(s) I do not care care as long as I get the Money. is their attitude. Then when their tenants are behind in paying the rents, it is not their problem, they just evict them. That STINKS!
I have experienced this personally at two locations in my career. Imagine being a Realtor, paying the rent to the Landlord, and they list their apartments and other commercial Properties with other Realtors. What is this Mentality?
This is my personal view, opinion, and my rights as a citizen to say exactly what the TRUTH is and has been for decades around here. And the Vacancy and Loss of Rents to Landlords are justly deserved!
