Lynbrook Restorative Therapy & Nursing Hosts Community Health "Boot Camp on September 24

Lynbrook Restorative Therapy & Nursing will host a Health Boot Camp, a community event designed to bring health, wellness and interactive education together in a fun, engaging setting. The event is free and open to the public. Guests will be invited to visit a variety of expert-led tables on the patio, participate in interactive activities, ask questions and learn more about healthy living and cardiopulmonary wellness.

Featured activities and stations will include:

• Cardio Drumming – Get moving with an energetic, interactive drumming activity.
• Tai Chi – Experience gentle movement and balance-focused exercise.
• Chair Aerobics – Participate in accessible seated exercise.
• Hydration Station – Learn about the importance of staying hydrated while enjoying a refreshing stop along the way.
• Harmonica Station – Explore breathing and music through a fun, interactive harmonica activity.
• Education Station – Meet with specialty staff and get health and wellness questions answered.
