26 Arrested By Nassau Police In Drug Bust At Dead And Co. Concert
Police made the arrests at a Dead And Company concert at Nassau Coliseum this week.
Nassau County police arrested 26 people at a concert at the Nassau Coliseum on Tuesday and into Wednesday, and also had to take some people to a hospital.
According to police, drug enforcement efforts were conducted during the Dead And Company concert at the Coliseum. Three people were taken to the hospital for evaluation and treatment. Police say they arrested 16 people for illegal use/sale of nitrous oxide.
In addition, police say they arrested and charged the following 10 people for felonies:

- Clemens Mackay, 40, of Cobleskill, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly being in possession of multiple ecstasy pills.
- Douglas Bueno, 45, of Englewood, New Jersey, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly selling psilocybin mushrooms.
- Thomas Daisy, 47, and Jodi Carlson, 49, of Batavia, Illinois, were charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly being in possession of multiple Diazepam pills.
- Joshua Bonilla, 22, of Uniondale, Christopher Slade, 40, a homeless man, and Jason Jarmacz, 37, also homeless, were all charged with second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for allegedly being in the possession of and selling LSD.
- Todd Hinden, 54 of Maspeth, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly being in possession of LSD.
- Jami Marino, 41 of Pompton Plains, New Jersey, and Michael Bary, 39, of Livingston, New Jersey, were both charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly being in possession of psilocybin mushrooms.
All 26 people were arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead.
