Joining United Water’s Michael Martino of East Meadow is marathon runner Armando Urbina.
United Water welcomes participants in the first annual America’s VetDog organization which saw hundreds of dogs and their owners join runners at the Old Bethpage Village Restoration and the Museum of American Armor. America’s VetDogs provide training and placement of specialized service dogs to veterans and first responders with disabilities from their Smithtown headquarters. This year’s 5K run and dog walk was made possible through a charitable partnership with United Water and hosted by Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano, the proud owner of two dogs, Rocky and Max.
