
General Motors former senior stylist H. Roy Jaffe will present a FREE visual lecture “The Most Beautiful & Unusual Cars Ever Built” on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 2:00pm at the Garden City Public Library located at 60 Seventh St., Garden City, NY. This public program is funded by The Friends of the Garden City Public Library. Seating and parking is limited and on a first-come basis. No tickets are required. Please, NO busses. During this 1-hour interactive program, attendees will view cars almost never seen by the public. Automobile fans will appreciate these original vehicles for their dynamic styling. Many are one-of-a-kind and custom built by renowned coach makers in the USA and abroad. With a career in automotive design, Roy has photographed thousands of show cars and owns 5 collectible cars. He will share the background and special features of 50 unique cars.
