Garden City School Budget Vote, Trustee Election Tuesday
Here's what you need to know before heading to the polls.

Garden City residents will head to the polls on Tuesday to cast their ballots for a proposed school budget and to elect school board trustees.
Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Garden City High School.
The Garden City Board of Education is proposing a budget of $110,827,444 for 2016-17. That represents a 0.61 percent spending increase over the current year.

Voters will also elect school board trustees on Tuesday.
Incumbent Laura Hastings and William C. Holub will both running unopposed to take the two open seats in the school board. Houlb will be replacing Barbara Trapasso, who is not seeking re-election. The terms are for three years.
