Harlem Wizards Tip Off Against Garden City All-Stars

The Wizards played the Garden City residents and teachers in a charity game.

The Harlem Wizards recently took their entertaining and acrobatic style of basketball to the court of Garden City High School for a special fundraiser that brought the community together for a day of fun, laughter and hoops.

A team comprised of local celebrities, including Garden City teachers, coaches and staff, tipped off against the Wizards to benefit the Garden City Scholarship Fund. Stewart Elementary School Principal Dr. Linda Norton coached the Garden City All-Stars.

The Wizards had plenty of fun with the team as well as members of the audience. Youngsters also had the opportunity to run the floor with the Wizards and get autographs.
