Man Stabbed To Death On Nassau Street
Police say an argument between two men escalated and ended with one of them dead. Police ask anyone with information to come forward.
HEMPSTEAD, NY — A man was stabbed to death on a street in Hempstead Sunday night, and Nassau County police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
According to police, a 49-year-old man was walking on Fulton Avenue near the coroner of Terrace Avenue around 9 p.m. on June 28 when he got into an argument with an unknown man. Their fight escalated, and police say the unknown man stabbed the victim and then fled.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead from his injuries.
