Free Health Screening: Sponsored by the Town of North Hempstead at the "Yes We Can" Community Center in Westbury, the St. Francis Hospital Community Outreach screenings include a brief cardiac history, blood pressure, simple blood test for cholesterol, and diabetes screenings with appropriate patient education and referrals as needed for clients above the age of 18.
