
The Village of Great Neck Plaza will consider the Year 10 Program Year Annual Report for Stormwater Management during a public hearing at village hall Wednesday.
Also at the meeting which begins at 8 p.m., the board will take public comment regarding a proposed amendment to section 225-63(16) of the village code regarding the provision of parking spaces in mixed use buildings containing residential apartments in the Business B District.
Conditional use permit applications will be discussed for the following:
- Nemat Homes, 5-9 Grace Ave., proposed mix development use of retail and multi-family dwellings
- The Joy of Nia, Unique Community Healing Center, 9 South Middle Neck Rd.
- Subway, 25 Cutter Mill Rd., amend ownership.
- Great Neck Family Foot Care, 7 Bond St., modification to expand business.
