Memory Cafe'

Thursday, May 14-Half Hollow Hills Community Library, 55 Vanderbilt Parkway, Dix Hills NY 11746

Thursday, 05-14-2015, 1:30PM - 3:30PM. Memory Cafés originated in Norway, and are spreading around the globe. They provide a chance for caregivers and those they care for to socialize with others in similar situations. Joseph Serrano, owner of Spuntino Brick Oven in Dix Hills, opens his lovely private dining room for the library’s monthly Memory Café on the second Thursday of each month. Enjoy conversation and music. Feel free to dance and sing along. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Open to all, but please register by calling a librarian at (631) 498- 1236. Space is limited.
