A look at the intramural youth games played each Sunday at the college.
Kids in grades kindergarten to high school seniors come out to in Dix Hills each Sunday to play flag football.
The main difference in flag football from its mainstream counterpart is that there is no tackling, which makes it a welcoming sport for children of all ages.
"This is my favorite sport. It reminds me of when I was a kid playing football with my friends. We would draw up plans in the dirt and everyone would have a great time," said Steve Noskin, head of the Fury Flag Football League. "This is what is about; kids running around with there friends or new teammates having fun."
