
Join Michelle in Harlem for Rok Yoga Flow, a grounding and intentional yoga experience created to support the body, calm the mind, and open space for balance, breath, and inner connection.
This class will include mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and the use of the Rok as a supportive grounding tool. The Rok helps bring awareness to stability, alignment, and presence, allowing participants to feel more supported as they move, breathe, and explore the practice.
Rooted in the theme “Grounding to Fly,” this flow invites you to connect with the earth, build inner steadiness, and rise with clarity, ease, and intention.
All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, water, and an open heart.
