Man's Body Found In Harlem Meer In Central Park
The man's body was recovered Thursday morning from the Harlem Meer — the third body to be found in the park this month, police said.
HARLEM, NY — A man's body was pulled from the Harlem Meer in Central Park Thursday morning, police said.
A passerby noticed the body around 11 a.m., an NYPD spokesperson said. First responders recovered the body, which appeared to be a man in his thirties, and pronounced him dead at the scene.
The man has not been identified and the medical examiner will determine a cause of death, police said.

This is the third time in September that a body has been found in the park — a man in his late fifties was found dead near West 109th Street last Friday, and another man was found floating in the Pond near 59th Street on Sept. 7.
