Man Arrested In Death Of Boy, 10, In Harlem Apartment
The 34-year-old man is accused of murdering 10-year-old Ayden Wolfe, who was found unresponsive in a Harlem apartment on Saturday.

HARLEM, NY — Police arrested a Harlem man Sunday in connection with the beating death of a 10-year-old boy the day before.
Ryan Cato, 34, is accused of murdering Ayden Wolfe, a boy who was found unresponsive Saturday afternoon in a fourth-floor apartment at 260 West 131st St. — part of NYCHA's St. Nicholas Houses.
Police identified Cato as Wolfe's stepfather, but relatives told the Daily News that he and the boy's mother were not married.

Cops responded to the apartment around 2:21 p.m. Saturday in response to a 911 call reporting an assault. They found the boy lying unconscious and unresponsive in the living room, suffering from severe bruising and puncture wounds, according to the Daily News.
He was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

In addition to the murder charge, Cato is accused of endangering the welfare of a child.
