Therapy Dog Lends an Ear to Young Readers @ Harrison Library

Harrison Public Library, Bruce Avenue, welcomes “Tail Waggin’ Tutors” for children of all ages.

The main objective of the “ Tail Waggin’ Tutors”  program is to provide a relaxed and “dog-friendly” atmosphere in which kids can practice and improve their reading skills.

“Tail Waggin’ Tutors” are wonderful listeners and provide a great opportunity for kids to build confidence reading as well as learn how to interact with these wonderful therapy dogs.  Dogs do not mind if you make mistakes!
