Proper Mechanics Baseball will be running it’s Baseball Winter Workouts

Get ready for School Ball/League or In-House

Location: Kings Park High School

Dates: Begins January 11, 2015 for 8 weeks

Time:

9-11 Years Old - 10 to 11:30 a.m.

12-13 Years Old - 11:30 to 1 p.m.

14-17 Years Old - 1 to 2:30 p.m.

Cost: $200
