Crime Report: Fraudulent Social Security Card

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Suffolk County Police Department reported these arrests and incidents in Hauppauge during Dec. 14-20.

Leyla Okdemir, 44, of Nesconset was arrested Dec. 19 in Nesconset and charged with possession of a forged instrument. She is accused of presenting a fraudulent Social Security card at the Department of Motor Vehicles in Hauppauge.

Timothy McHale, 19, of Hauppauge was arrested Dec. 18 in Hauppauge and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. McHale was allegedly stopped for speeding in a 2003 Didge Ram near the intersection of Route 454 and Old Willets Path at 2:46 a.m.

Nadim Baptiste, 27, of Ronkonkoma was arrested Dec. 17 in Nesconset and charged with first offense DWI. Baptiste allegedly crashed a 1996 Acura into a utility pole on Old Willets Path.

Michelle Buonaiuto, 24, and Daniel Buonaiuto, 23, both of Smithtown, were arrested Dec. 17 in Hauppauge and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument. They were found in alleged possession of the illegal materials at Route 454 and Lincoln Boulevard at 11:40 a.m.

Carla Donovan, 24, of East Northport was arrested Dec. 16 in Islandia and charged with first degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Donovan was stopped while driving a 2005 Ford on Route 454 at 12:30 a.m.

Michael Childs, 27, of Ronkonkoma was arrested Dec. 16 in Islandia and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is accused of possessing pills on Veterans Highway at 12:35 a.m.
