Box Cutter Subway Attack: Man Slashes Rider's Face, Cops Say
Police are looking for the man who pulled a box cutter on another passenger in a Brooklyn 2 train Wednesday night.

BOERUM HILL, BROOKLYN -- An angry straphanger slashed another passenger's face with a box cutter on a Brooklyn 2 train Wednesday night, according to police.
The suspect whipped out the boxcutter during an argument with a 37-year-old man near the Nevins Street station at about 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 14, police said.
The enraged commuter slashed his victim across the face, jumped onto the Nevins Street platform and fled the station, said police.

Emergency responders rushed the 37-year-old, who suffered heavy blood loss, to a nearby hospital where he was treated for his injuries, police said.
Police released a photo of the suspect, whom they describe as a man in his late 20s or 30s, early Friday morning.
