Brooklyn Point Tower Condos Will Go For $4M, Developers Say

Apartments in the soon-to-be tallest tower in Brooklyn will go for $4 million and include access to yoga studios, wine rooms and hot tubs.

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — A preview of the soon-t0-be tallest tower in Brooklyn is available online after developers launched the building’s new website Thursday.

More details have emerged about Brooklyn Point, the 700-foot-tall tower of condos currently rising at 1 City Point that will include more than 40,000 square feet of amenities, Extell announced Thursday.

There will be 458 studios, one-, two- and three-bedrooms in the 68-story skyscraper, and asking prices range between $840,000 and $4 million, according to the new teaser website launched Thursday.

The site's speedy opening graphic also shows a long list of amenities that include cycling, pilates and yoga studios; wine, laundry and screening rooms; a sun deck, fire pit terrace, hot tub, sauna and concierge services.

Residents will also have access to the City Point retail space below which hosts a Trader Joe's outpost, the Alamo Drafthouse movie theater and the DeKalb Market food hall.

Brooklyn Point was designed by the architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox and condo sales will be managed by the Extell Marketing Group.
