E-Cig Smoker Punches Woman On C Train For Complaining, Police Say

Krystal Feldsherov has been charged with assault for attacking a woman who complained about her e-cigarette on the C train, said police.

BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — A woman smoking an electronic cigarette punched a fellow C train passenger last week who complained about the nicotine-laced vapors, according to police.

Krystal Feldsherov, 23, was puffing on her e-cig on a northbound C train near the High Street station Thursday around 1:15 p.m. when another straphanger demanded she stop, said police.

The two women argued until Feldsherov lashed out and struck her fellow passenger in the face, said police.

The victim was taken to NYU Langone hospital where she was treated for a cut and bloodied lip, police said.

The Brooklyn Daily Eagle witnessed Feldsherov, of East New York, being escorted out of the station by police. She was lated charged with assault, said police.
