The Clock Tower last made news in May when its penthouse apartment was bought by a Colombian art dealer for $15 million, which broke the record for the borough’s most expensive condominium, according to a Real Deal report.

The Clock Tower was also the site of one of the more notorious cases of Brooklyn real estate porn in the borough’s history — Brooklyn Paper editor Gersh Kuntzman filmed a highly-suggestive video of himself enjoying the penthouse in 2009, Gothamist reported at the time.
