BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — Police are hunting for a misogynist and racist subway preacher who punched a woman in the mouth when she tried to stop him from harassing another woman on a Brooklyn 4 train last week.

The 32-year-old woman boarded the southbound train at Borough Hall on May 22 around 7:15 p.m. to find the suspect delivering an anti-woman and anti-white rant at the opposite end of the train as well as berating another woman, police said.

An argument ensued when the brave woman crossed the car and tried to stop the suspect — whom is described as a man in his twenties — from harassing the other woman, police said.

The fight turned violent when the man used his baseball cap to slap the woman several times then punched her in the face so hard it cut open her lip, said police.

The man then fled the train at the Nevins Street station, but not before his victim had whipped out her cell phone and snapped a picture of him, according to police.
