Hicksville UPS Package Thief Faces More Charges: Police
The 18-year-old was arrested again Sunday.

A Hicksville man who was arrested last month for trailing delivery trucks and stealing packages in front of homes was arrested again Sunday, police say.
According to authorities, Martin Gonzales, 18, was charged with an additional 10 counts of petty larceny. He was arraigned Monday at First District Court in Hempstead.
On Dec. 14, officers received a 911 call for two men following a UPS truck in a Ford Explorer and taking packages from three separate houses in Hicksville.

Officers located Gonzales his home at 4:30 p.m. that day and placed him under arrest without incident. The second person has yet to be apprehended. Several packages that were taken from the area were located in the vehicle, police say.
