Man Charged With Credit Card Fraud During Westbury Traffic Stop: Police
The man was placed under arrest after he was found to have an open warrant, police say.
A wanted Bay Shore man arrested during a Westbury traffic stop was found to be in possession of multiple fraudulent credit cards and gift cards Thursday night, police say.
Officers pulled over a black-colored Audi with two people in the car for speeding westbound on Corporate Drive at 10:30 p.m., police say.
An investigation revealed that the driver, 25-year-old John K. Munoz, had an open warrant, police say. He was arrested and found to be in possession of a fraudulent Massachusetts identification card, multiple fraudulent credit/gift cards and an embossing machine, police say.

He was charged with six counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, fugitive from justice and six traffic violations.
He will be arraigned Friday at First District Court in Hempstead.
