I was only a matter of time before Hicksville got its own Patch page. That day has finally come.

Even though Hicksville never had its own page, Patch always seemed to be writing about the area and posting Hicksville news on nearby sites.

About the Editor

I’ve been interested in launching a Hicksville Patch site since I began working as the North Shore editor almost exactly a year ago.

Before working at Patch, I was a freelance reporter for a weekly publication in Hicksville. I spent several hours covering community events inside local businesses, schools and the Hicksville Public Library. Hicksville is an area I’m very familiar with, so I’m glad to be back.
