Police are looking to identify a Westbury teen who was last seen at Park Avenue Elementary School in Westbury on Wednesday afternoon.

According to authorities, Michelle Lopez, 13, went missing around 1 p.m.
She is described as Hispanic, 135 pounds, long black hair, brown eyes, braces and a small scar on her forehead. Police say she was wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts.

Lopez was also reported missing in January.
Detectives request anyone with information regarding this missing juvenile to contact the Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
