2 Men Held 7-Eleven Employee At Gunpoint, Robbed Store

Two men entered a 7-Eleven and robbed an employee of cash and a cellphone at gunpoint last Friday.

HUNTINGTON, NY–Two men robbed a 7-Eleven in Huntington early Friday morning, police said.

They entered the 7-Eleven at 128 East Main St. around 2 a.m. and robbed an employee of cash and a cell phone at gunpoint. One of the robbers wore a sweatshirt with distinctive markings on the shoulder and back.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, texting "SCPD" and your message to "CRIMES" (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
